Tags not auto-populating on Quick Add

When I use Quick Add from the dashboard to add a company or contact, the tags will show up when I start typing them. When I try to do the same from a contact window, no tags show up. If I want to add a new person or company when I have one already open, I either have to remember the tags I use or go back to the dashboard. Seems like a glitch.

   Nice sleuthing there - I was able to replicate this behavior so am submitting a ticket to the tech group to investigate further.
