How do I create mailing labels?
On the Lists & Reports tab, click the create new list button, and follow these steps:
- Enter a list name and description
- Click save list & add contacts
- Either Add All Contacts to your list, or add contacts by Search
Criteria
- In the List Data Section, select the address (or "Location" as
we say 'round here) you want to appear on your labels
- Click save
- Click the print labels button, this will open
a box showing a list of compatible labels
- Then, click the print labels button to open a pdf preview; you can print the labels right from the pdf window
