I can't find the link to create or log into my BatchBook account in Google Apps.
The Google Apps account administrator is the only account user
able to set up the BatchBook integration. No other users will see
this option in their Google Apps accounts. However, once the
integration has been set up and the BatchBook account successfully
created, then all account users will find, in their Gmail account,
a one-bar link into BatchBook.
