How To Set Up QuickBooks Online Integration

Note: At this time, the QuickBooks Online integration only works with the US version.


  1. Click on "Hi, My Name Is".
  2. Click on the Integrations tab.
  3. Scroll down until you find the QuickBooks Online integration section or click on the 'jump to' link on the top gray bar to skip down to QuickBooks Online.

Click on the "Connect to QuickBooks" Button

HINT: Only the owner will be able to connect QuickBooks Online to the account. They will have the option to grant users access to this information.  

A pop up window will appear. You'll need to log in with your Intuit login information and click the "Sign In" button.

Once the integration is connected, choose which users you would like to give access to by checking the box next to their name.
