QuickBooks Online Widgets

Note: At this time the QuickBooks Online integration only works with the US version.

Dashboard

Once you are connected to QuickBooks Online, you will see two things appear on your Dashboard:

  1. Intuit's Blue Dot Menu (only for account owners) - allows you to easily go back and forth between your Batchbook account and your QuickBooks Online account via their drop down menu.
  2. A Dashboard Widget - allows you to browse outstanding To-Dos that have the QuickBooks Online tag and will give you quick links to view lists with QuickBooks Online contacts that are marked as Champions or QuickBooks Online contacts that you haven't communicated with in the past 30 days.

Contact Detail Page

Once your account is connected to QuickBooks Online, there are three things to look for on the contact detail page:

  1. Update or Add button - If the contact is linked to QuickBooks Online, there will be an option to update the contact details. If a contact isn't connected to QuickBooks Online, you'll see an "Add to QuickBooks" button.
  2. Contact Detail Widget - Shows you the total balance due and the 10 most recent open invoices. There is a PDF file of each invoice, as well as the ability to create a To-Do for each invoice.
  3. Intuit's Blue Dot Menu (only for account owners) - allows you to easily go back and forth between your Batchbook account and your QuickBooks Online account via their drop down menu.
