Make sure that once your lead has become a client, they stay a client! 

  • Have a follow up plan for staying in touch with past clients, either through helpful newsletters, loyalty programs, or links to articles customers will find helpful. Include them in invitations to events or send thoughful reminders around holidays or birthdays including cards, gifts or discounts.
