Task Workflow with To-Dos
Creating a workflow for you team has never been easier. Now with To-Do categories you can create a recommended workflow for you and your team to make sure tasks are being taken care of in a timely manner and to make sure the whole team understands the needed steps to attract and retain new clients.
To-Do Categories for new To-Dos
When creating a new To-Do, use To-Do categories to help create a path to customer fulfillment. As a To-Do is completed create a To-Do for the next category to keep the ball rolling. The drop down list allows for easy access and understanding of what the next desired action should be.
Adding, Deleting, Editing Categories
In the Categories section under Settings you'll find To-Do Categories for your account. You can use the +Category button to add a new To-Do Category. You can Edit an existing Category to change it's name or use the trash can icon to delete the Category altogether.
