To-Do Reminders

It's always helpful to be reminded of the upcoming tasks we've created for ourselves or been assigned by others on our team. We have a few options for making sure your client is kept up to date on their upcoming tasks.

Creating To-Do Reminders

When creating new To-Dos you have the option of creating reminders for that individual To-Do. That reminder is based on the due date and time selected. Reminders can be sent via email or SMS. Multiple reminders can be created for a To-Do.

Receiving To-Do reminders

To make sure your client is set up to receive To-Do reminders, head the personal settings section of the account by clicking on the name in the upper left hand corner and then Settings. Scroll down to the Notifications section.

Confirm Settings

In the Notifications section you can confirm your current settings as well as set up new notification options.

  1. We default to send Email notifications to your user email but that can be edited.
  2. You can choose to receive a daily digest via email of all upcoming To-Dos regardless of whether or not a reminder was created.
  3. If you'd like to receive reminders via text, bue sure to authorize your mobile number by clicking the box and entering your carrier and number. You'll receive a confirmation code that must be entered to begin the service.
  4. Send To-Dos created by or assigned to you to the ical Calendar of your choice so that your Batchbook tasks follow you to your other calendars.
