What Custom Field Sets are pre-defined in the account?
Every Batchbook account has it's own set of pre-defined Custom Field Sets. Find out which Custom Field Sets are already created in the account.
Select Custom Fields from Settings
Click on the down arrow next to the user name in the upper left hand corner and select Custom Fields from the settings menu.
View List of Current Custom Fields in the account
In the left column you'll see all the filters available for drilling down to see specific Custom Field Sets.
In the center column you'll see a list of all the Custom Fields currently created in the account. To view more detail about the Custom Field Set click on the name of the Custom Field set and you'll see it turn green to show it's been selected.
In the right column you'll find more detail about the Custom Field you've selected including: it's name, a description field, whether or not it's Global Field, and a listing of the the individual fields within that Field Set.
*Global Custom Field Sets are automatically added to every selected record type regardless of how the contact is entered. If a Custom Field Set is not Global, it can still be added to a record at any time either by import or by manually adding it to the record.
Click Edit to find more detail on the fields within the Custom Field Set
To find more detail about how a particular field was created or what it contains, click on the Edit button for that particular field.
