Sometimes you need to edit an existing communication. Whether it's because an email didn't attach correctly via Batchbox or you want to apply a communication to a few people instead of one, there are times when editing the communications are necessary. Luckily, it's quick and easy to do so.
Find the communication to edit
First, of course, head to the communications page and find the communication you want to edit. You can also click on a communication from a contacts detail page which will take you to the communication page and open the communication. Click on EDIT in the upper right corner.
Once the edit option is opened you can edit any of the information already associated with the communication including adding new people to the communication. This is especially handy when Batchbox doesn't connect emails to people correctly on the first try or you need to update detalis about a communication. Be sure to hit SAVE when you're done!
