Communications Browse Page

On the Communication Browse page, when you edit a communication, you can select how the communication was received - either by phone, note, chat or email. You can give it a title and make some brief notes. You can capture who the communication was from, who it was to, and the date. You have the option to tag it if you choose. If you'd like your basic users to have access to this communication, check the box to allow them access. When you're done, be sure to click on Save to save your changes.
