Customizing your invoice

If you need to customize your invoice, you can do so by clicking on Your Name located at the top left of any Batchbook page. Select Settings followed by the Subscription Tab. This will open the Billing page.

In the lowest widget you'll see '> Receipts'. Click on the > to expand the Receipts area and then the edit pencil next to the receipt address.  

In this area you can enter any information needed on your receipt for internal use including a billing address, account or contact information.

Be sure to click save when you've finished adding/editing your details.
